Quote request form: category and service, vehicle or item, parts concerned, condition, material, finishes, budget, timing, description, photos, name, email address, phone, city and contact preference. This data is needed to review your request, prepare a quote and reply.
WhatsApp: if you choose to send your request via WhatsApp, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta) privacy policy.
Technical data: the hosting server keeps connection logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security purposes, retained for a maximum of 12 months.
Purposes and legal bases
Replying to your quote requests and arranging a workshop appointment (pre-contractual measures); keeping the site secure (legitimate interest); measuring site audience, only with your consent.
Retention
Quote requests are kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted. Attached photos are deleted at the same time.
Recipients
Your data is intended solely for Sellerie Couto. It is hosted in Europe by Hostinger International Ltd.. No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for operation (display preferences, remembering your cookie choice) are set without consent.
Any embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos and Google Maps are loaded only after your consent, as they may set cookies from those platforms.
